Verity would like to take this opportunity to thank all the Members who joined us for last night’s Members Dinner! It was a wonderful night, filled with delicious food, scintillating conversation and adult musical-chairs! We already look forward to the next dinner.

As we know, tonight could possibly end with Kamala Harris as President of the United States. If she were to win the presidential election, it would be historic. A milestone. Kamala Harris would be the first female and first woman of colour to become president. Regardless of where you stand politically, it is imperative that we acknowledge that this would mark an important moment for representation and inclusivity in American politics.
